Children enrolled in the program will receive the highest quality early care and education available in the City of New Orleans. Early Learning Centers interested in applying for the seats must meet the following requirements: Only Type III early learning centers with a Performance Profile overall rating of Request for funding or Excellent for the school year are eligible to apply for these seats for prospective families.
Priority points will be given to centers with the highest overall scores. Center must already be using Tier 1 curricula with qualified staff.
